Lucas, who serves as the Aesthetic Experience Manager at health & beauty brand, has built a career off of forming relationships that both inspire and edify the outside observer.
“I really think it’s as simple as this: look, I have a product that can benefit you and, if you’re interested, let’s see what we can do to make this beneficial to both parties.”
When money is on the line, people can sometimes slip into a defensive mode — but this is precisely where Lucas’ true gift comes in. “I just want to be honest and say, ‘there’s money on the line but I’ll do what I can to make it a mutually beneficial relationship.’ ”
Before his time in his current role, Lucas Lamport was the Business Development Manager at Aa facial aesthetics company, where he was responsible for representing the facial aesthetics product portfolio to a targeted demographic of aesthetic customers. Here, he was ranked top regional sales representative and was instrumental in coordinating activities with other sales personnel and support teams.
Prior to that role, Lucas was the Executive Sales Representative of a pharmaceuticals company from 2015-2016 where he promoted and managed a diverse prescription product portfolio to dermatologists. Upon his exit from the company, Lucas was ranked #3 out of 60 representatives.

Lucas Lamport has also worked as a District Sales Manager for two years where he recruited, hired, and trained a team of 9 sales representatives for a new product launch in rheumatology and dermatology. Before that, Lucas served as Senior Sales Representative for a top-level pharmaceuticals company where he sold specialty pharmacy services to dermatologists, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, neurologists, hepatologists, and hematologists and as a Senior Sales Professional where he maintained an accurate database to aid in effective targeting while implementing ever-evolving marketing strategies to drive product growth.
Upon graduation from Baylor University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a part of the University Scholars Program, Lucas Lamport entered into a role of Executive Sales Representative where he worked from 2004-201 and earned a number of awards, including Rookie of the Year in 2005 and World Sales Champion in 2009, to name a few.
